Wihanta Consultant is a company engaged in building design that provides a variety of design services aimed at consumers who need building drawing services. The most common types of services offered are 2D drawing, 3D drawing, calculating cost estimates, field supervisors, project management and business development which has the philosophy of "Building quality makes pride for us to maintain for consumer satisfaction and comfort".

Wihanta Consultant was established with the aim of creating a young generation who with entrepreneurship capitalize on the experience they have had while studying at "SMK" as a design service provider, over time our company continues to grow until now it has several employees with superior quality.

The company still has a long way to go so we strive to create and provide superior quality so that we continue to survive in the future with our readiness and ability to continue to be present to help the needs of consumers in the field of design and construction.

2.Work Stage

1) Analysis Phase

The initial stage is Analysis which serves to understand the customer's willingness from the client. At this stage there will be a lot of interaction with the client to determine the desired design and the needs needed in the next process.

2) Brainstoming

At this stage we will convey and ask a lot of things according to the client's wishes to generate ideas and to solve problems that occur clearly. Our team will approach in various ways to clarify the client's wishes.

3) Draft Drafting

Draft design process that aims to produce simple designs / sketches done with manual drawings or others. This stage is often done when the Company wants to hold a project to invite investors and consumers.

4) Design Design and calculation

At this early stage, a design has been made according to the approval and wishes of the client submitted which is equipped with several forms of drawings of fields, space, configuration, arrangement, rab calculations, and detailed drawings

5) Evaluation

At this stage the client will see whether the design made is as desired or there are still some that need to be revised to clarify errors and will be made improvements quickly and client compatibility.

6) Final Design

At this stage the company has completed the drawings in accordance with the wishes of the client, with the results of the agreement and client compatibility in the previous stage and the architect will re-examine the design results in order to reduce errors and prepare output needs.
