Hai teman teman se indonesia kembali lagi nih belajar bareng aku kali ini aku akan membahas tentang sesuatu yang sangat bermanfaat untuk kita semua yang nantinya akan mencari pekerjaan masih mengenai topik yang sama tentang pekerjaan kalian penasaran aku bakal bahas apa kali ini?Yuk baca trus ikutti dan simak ya salam literasi!

Before getting into the main discussion, do you know what a job application letter means and how to make it? If you don't understand, I will discuss the meaning and examples below:

A job application letter is a letter written by someone looking for a job and addressed to the relevant company. The job application letter includes an official personal letter.

An example of a good job application letter is:

Steps to make an application letter:

1. Writing date and place

The first thing to consider in making a job application letter is writing the date and place. For a job application letter, write the date and place positioned at the top right or top left of the job application letter. Also, remember not to abbreviate anything from either the place or the date.

2.The purpose of the letter

The next part is to whom the letter is delivered. Before writing the recipient's name and title, don't forget to first write the words "honorable" or "Dear". It is better for job applicants to clearly know the name and position of the recipient of the job application letter so they can write it down so that the job application letter feels more personal. Then at the bottom of the letter, write the name and full address of the intended company.

3.Greetings and introductions

After that, make greetings and introductions. For greetings, it's best to use universal words, such as "With respect". Then, the prospective applicant can explain the information about the job vacancy being applied for.

4. Personal data

Next, don't forget to write your identity in the cover letter. The required information includes full name, gender, date of birth, education, email address, and cellphone number.

5.Work experience and abilities

After entering your personal data, you can write down your work experience and skills. Prospective applicants can explain in detail about the experience and expertise relevant to the job being applied for. This is very important so that HRD can consider whether the abilities possessed by job applicants match the needs of the company. In addition, a brief description of the skills possessed also allows HRD to check certificates that may be attached to a job application letter.

6. Closing

The last part is the closing. This section generally contains the expectations of prospective job applicants to be considered as potential employees, and have the opportunity to proceed to the next level, namely interviews. Writing the closing section must also be affixed with a thank you because the recipient of the letter has agreed to read the job application letter. Then complete the job application letter with the signature and full name of the job applicant just below the cover.

Things to consider when writing a job application letter:

1.Use proper grammar.

2. Avoid long-winded words.

3. Include personal data.

4. Write down relevant work experience.

5.Write down your reasons for wanting to join the company.

6. Educational history.

7. Skills possessed.

8. Font format.

In addition to discussing the job application letter, I will also discuss the CV

Documents containing curriculum vitae of prospective job applicants.

Example of a job CV:

Steps to make a CV:

1.Keep your CV short, concise and clear.

2. List relevant experience.

3. Use words that have power.

4. Grammar check.

5.Use a professional font.

6. List active contacts.

7. Use relevant keywords.

So the difference between a CV and a job application letter is:

Job application letters usually contain information about jobs that are relevant to the vacancy being applied for. Unlike a resume, a cv contains more detailed information regarding work history, organizational experience, education, skills and references.
